Koerina is a dedicated yoga teacher, Reiki master and artist based in the forest, near Knysna. She draws her inspiration from the natural beauty that surrounds her, bringing peace and quiet to her teaching. Having experienced the amazing benefits of yoga, she deepened her commitment by completing her teacher training in 2016. She offers a gentle yet powerful approach, connecting movement with breath.

Koeriena believes yoga is a journey of self-discovery, bringing the opportunity to live a happy, healthy, and joyful life, creating a better world.
